The Third Region Basketball Officials Association consists of certified officials from several different cities and counties across Western Kentucky.  We serve the student athletes of 15 high schools in Breckinridge, Butler, Daviess, Edmonson, Grayson, Hancock, McLean, Meade, Muhlenburg and Ohio Counties.
